Give for Peace

On this Giving Tuesday, I wanted to speak up and ask my followers to donate to a non-profit Peacebuilding organization that is very near to me: Search for Common Ground.

2020 has been a year of uncertainty and drastic change for many, but together we can create a wave of change one step at a time.  No matter how big or small, take a step with us this Giving Tuesday.

You can quickly set up a one-time or monthly donation online to help support peacebuilding efforts around the world.

Search for Common Ground’s (”SFCG” or “Search”) mission is to transform the way the world deals with conflict, away from adversarial approaches, toward cooperative solutions.  They are currently supporting programming in 29 countries supported by the United Nations, the European Union, and the US Government (just to name a few)!

One current project is “My Peace, Our Future” - you’ll see posts from me asking you to sign the petition and share your definition of peace. Your testimony will be featured in a special My Peace, Our Future digital booklet to be launched in February 2021 at a virtual event—as well as formally presented at the UN headquarters in New York City.

All donations will be matched by our Board of Directors!
