A very indulgent afternoon #tea at #AntidoteBar... where to start? From the slow-cooked #egg with truffle and chives to the assortment of #savouries (yes sausage rolls too!). Then 2 types of scones, lemons curd, raspberry jam and of course clotted cream to go with. And a whole extravaganza of pastries! [365-days-of-wines]

A wine a day, for a year!!

Starting 1st August 2014, i will take on a personal challenge of consuming at least one wine each day.

The challenge other than staying sober is picking the wines to drink. In our current market, where there are currently 84 wine distributors and over 2000 places to get them, totaling to an estimated selection of over 5,000 labels!!

So i have given myself a few guidelines to my selections:

a glass or a bottle each day

price range for glass ($1-$20)

price range for bottle ($10-$100)

maximum of 2 labels from 1 winery

The main aim of this (blog/campaign/mission)? To drink and dissect 365 wines in our heartland of Singapore, below $100!!
