“Are you sure your mum put the action figure in?” The young person asked while the kid kept playing, pulling out from the bag a couple stuff like hand sanitizer and a rainbow flag Steve recognised. The streets and locals were decorated with it now that it was pride month, and there was one just like it hanging from the walls of his bedroom.

“Captain America!” The kid exclaimed, eyes wide when they landed on Steve. That put a smile on Rhodey’s face and made Steve chuckle.

“I heard you buddy, that’s what I’m looking for,” the adult replied calmly.

“No,” the kid reached to grab the other’s hand, and tugged him to look at Steve. “Captain America!”
