I don't suppose you have any headcanons formulated as to what Sha-Tsu is like? Which of the Sha did he end up being corrupted by? Would he a brutal front-line monster or would he lean more towards the scheming, manipulative side? Can he be saved or is he too far gone? Er, and apologies for the sudden barrage of questions.

Sha!Tsuragao is like Tsuragao, except with all of his compassion being muted.Some of his emotional drives are accelerated. He’s quick to anger, easy to disappoint, and difficult to impress. So his arrogance gets amplified.

As for which Sha, well...he wasn’t corrupted by just one. Tsu has a lot of anger that he has towards himself, a lot of helpless fury that the Sha quite happily latch onto and tether to their presence, which means the big fella is in for a lot of Sha experiences on his own.

As for the type of Sha he is? His skills are deadly from any range. That said, he favors fighting from a distance. He’s a much deadlier opponent at long range; he can weave clouds of sha essence almost like a curtain of pure darkness, shaping them to his will to baffle, confuse, and possibly convert his foes from a distance. At close range, he gains all of the knowledge of the monks and warriors and frontline fighters that the Sha have taken - or who’ve embraced the Sha. Though, considering the massive blow that was dealt to the Sha’s origin point, there’s much, much less active knowledge for him to draw on and a lot more echoes. So he might know what he’s doing, but he’s not as effective as he would be had, say, he become a Sha Brethren during the events of Mists. Or had the Cult of the Sha succeeded in nabbing Taran Zhu and bringing him to the Sha’s service.

Can he be saved? It’s possible. It’s going to take a LOT of effort, but it’s possible. That said, I’m open to realities (AUs) where he isn’t, but the main Tsuragao is going to be freed of the Sha. Just not for a long time.

What was the Sha Brethren's thoughts on the faction war between the Horde and Alliance that made it's way to Pandaria? Was this something they took advantage of?

It was an immense source of fuel for the Sha as a whole; they welcomed it because every uncontrolled thought helped undermine the prisons that the Shado-Pan had contained the major Sha in. Of course, there weren't many Brethren before the conflict hit Pandaria's shores; the Shado-Pan had been rather effective.

But once the cork came off the bottle, there was no turning back. Those prisons won't work on the prime Sha again.
