It’s been 11 years. The journey, so far, has been an arduous climb and we are currently making our way to greater heights faster than ever. As the orchestrators of this symphony, we are ever grateful to you, the Shaastra Alum, for putting us where we are.
Shaastra has metamorphosed into one of the biggest technical festivals in Asia. Every autumn, we host the festival in our pristine campus, and witness participation from across the country (and recently, the world).
Shaastra has transformed from an inter-college competition to an extravaganza – a platform which helps multiple groups of people learn and grow. The organizing team is consistently becoming more efficient and professional. Participants witness new competition and technical prowess – possible at an institute like the IITs. And, most importantly, Shaastra strives to help society advance – by defining problems and inviting solutions that will solve fundamental, complex issues everywhere.
On this blog, you, the Shaastra Alum, are the centre of our attention. As generations of students have helped create immense value to the legacy of this fest, we'd like to keep you posted about the incredible phenomenon, that you've been an indispensable part of, takes new shape.
