It is crazy how many times I choose to start over on this journey of health. Yes I can bring forward excuse over excuse, and how far is that gonna get me? How much healthier am I gonna get? I am officially done, done lying to myself, done bringing up excuse after excuse. I am God’s temple. The Holy Spirit lives within me, and I choose to treat this beautiful temple of the Lord’s with as much care and love as I possibly can. I understand that there will be days when I won’t go to the gym, when I will have a cheat snack, meal, day, when I’ll want to be lazy, when I’ll look in the mirror and won’t feel beautiful. But I will not let that pause be a stop, an end.God give me the strength, your strength to push on and treat your love filled creation in a way that will make you smile. God help me, Holy Spirit help me to always be true.
