Just Mustard
Went to a London Irish Centre music showcase Wednesday night at the Shacklewell Arms to see my cousins band Just Mustard. There were a set of three bands keeping guitar music alive and kicking.
Just Mustard remind me very much of the nineties grunge, shoegaze era, with a twist of electronics, trip-hop. A touch of the The Cranberries in the female vocals. I’m not being biast when I say they played well, dark stirring sounds.
Headliners were Thumper, playing along Just Mustard and Bicurious (who we missed).
