I was initially gonna say this in the tags but I don't want anyone to miss it so I'll say it here. To clarify, especially for newer fans I did not make the 'susie being mischaracterized one' to be aimed at anyone specific at all. its more so about how I saw she was treated and described by a subsection of fans around the time of star allies release and the late 2010s. I remember seeing people constantly shit on her as a kid, and granted while the mistranslation in her character bio certainly didn't help, she clearly was getting a lot more hate then deserved or any of the other characters. there are probably still some people out there who hate susie with a passion and treat her as the most evil character in the series, all while giving taranza a free pass for everything he did, but its definitely wayyyy less than before thankfully. sorry for such a long preamble its just the susie sexism thing is something that had always pissed me off so bad as a kid and I wanted to clarify that for newer fans and people who weren't there around the time.
