I can’t remember if I made this post but I just hate the idea that StarClan turned Owlnose away. If StarClan can turn anyone away, then why did they give Tigerstar and Brokenstar their nine lives? They must have known how bad those cats were, right? It couldn’t have been because Owlnose wasn’t chosen as deputy by the previous leader and so then technically not approved by StarClan, but Tigerstar wasn’t chosen by a leader either! He was chosen by a medicine cat! So was Owlnose too! An apprentice, yeah, but would that not still count? I know that Runningnose was acting as the temporary leader of ShadowClan but so were Frostpaw and Mothwing. I can’t tell if Owlnose being turned away is new lore an inconsistency. It’s so confusing, I’ll just say inconsistency

A rant about the current RiverClan situation. Spoilers for Sky and kind of Shadow

I’m honestly sick of the cats relying on StarClan for everything. Why does StarClan have to be the one to decide who RiverClan’s next leader will be? It is useless to wait around for StarClan answer your prayers like sitting ducks. Like, you’d think there would be a change in attitude surrounding the Clans’ dependence on StarClan since the last arc, right? Maybe learn to solve your own problems if StarClan doesn’t tell you who to choose? What was even the point of last arc if the cats are still stupid when it comes to StarClan! Like, for the love of god, please just hold an election! Have the RiverClan cats vote! If you want ShadowClan gone so bad, then maybe be proactive? Just a thought.

TLDR: The clans should stop depending so heavily on StarClan for everything and RiverClan should hold a election
