From what I've seen, it's an error that'll be corrected later according to Undel. There's weirdness with underbelly on snappers too.

He’s basically the definition of “it’s not a phase mom this is who I am!”
He likes to pretend to be edgy, and he can be a little rude and blunt. Sometimes he asks offensive questions without meaning too.
He jokes about being dead inside and about death.
He wishes he was more like his best friend Sepulchral, because Sep is admirable. He’s honorable, strong, and brave while Eumoirous isn’t.
Eumoirous is incredibly insecure of himself which is why he tries to be edgy. He drapes himself in black and wears piercings to appear tough, even though he’s not.
He’s a huge dork and he’s a coward
