I don't show it enough, but I love being a shadowhunter. I love protecting my community from dangerous, dark magic filled, non-sentiant creatures. I love being stopped by little kids from the academy who want to see all my badges or my runes and giving them fake runes with the little washable marker I keep with me for just that. I love teaching at the academy. I love when little old ladies ask me to move furniture for them. I love being a shadowhunter.
I wish wearing wings in public was practical. Like tails can be tucked under you (I've worn tails loads, I'm a furry) but wings are just... also im not sure how wings would feel over my phantom wings. Wings would be tricky with a backpack, too.
