How to install and adjust ceiling operating light?
When hospital receive operating light, how to properly install and adjust it became a prerequisite for the successful operation of the surgery in the future. Now most operating lights are ceiling operating light, engineer should strictly follow each indicator during installation, including LED surgery shadowless lamp mechanical installation inspection, circuit inspection, balance arm inspection, joint flexibility, exposure depth, and color temperature.
Mechanical installation check
Check whether there are mechanical installation flaws, whether the screws is less or not tight, whether the circlip is stuck, whether each cover is covered well.
First check whether the system is short circuit or open circuit, if everything is ok, power test can be done, check whether the external power supply is stable, whether transformer output voltage is too high or too low.
Check whether the balance arm and the lamp head are matching, whether the balance arm force and angle should be adjusted.
Joint flexibility adjustment
Mainly adjust the joint damping screws, the standard stipulates that the degree of tightness of the damping adjustment is close to 20N or 5Nm when push or rotate the joint at any position.
Adjust and open joint limit switch
In order to facilitate the LED surgery light installation and transportation, most surgery lamp set lock switch or limit switch in its key components such as joints, now open it.
Check the irradiation distance and depth
Most surgery lamp irradiation distance is between 70-140cm or 60-130cm, that means surgery lamp works best in this distance.
Check illuminance and color temperature
Illuminance and color temperature are described for LED operating light irradiation intensity. Usually the best surgery light is similar to sunlight, that is around 4300-4600K.
Other tips should be noticed
The roof surface must be able to withstand a load of 500kg.
Ceiling height greater than 3.2M, bracket should be added (can be ordered from Mingtai company)
The user's ground wire should be reliably connected to the product's ground terminal (yellow-green line).
