I hate thissssss. First night genuinely felt like sleeping on the edge of a huge canyon, just this wide open void ready to swallow me if I step wrong. And now I’ve made exact same mistake I did the first time, but even more embarrassing because it really was my fault because I wasn’t paying attention.

Shifted while driving to check on a house and was just snarling and growling and snapping at nothing going down the freeway, so yes, this certainly is a year already.

It wasn't often that the shadow brought out his sword to practice with these days. It brought out memories of wrongdoing that he’d have much rather have left confined in a solitary box somewhere in the depths of his mind. Today the weapon had called out to him though, sang through the subtle sway of the ornament that hung from the handle, urging him to pay it attention again. It was undeniable, and that’s why he stood now in front of the dark forest with it steadily gripped in his hand, brandishing it almost with adoration. 

“Trusted accomplice...” Gackt mumbled in his seductively low voice, “You have not changed in the least. Not like all those who wander on two feet. Who live.” A crazed glint caught in the depths of his eyes, and his lips turned upward into the smile of a madman. A madman caught up in memories of bloodshed.
