Send “It’ll help if you talk about it,” and my character will confide in yours a memory or nightmare they’ve had that’s been bothering them.

The blonde gives a small chuckle before looking over at the silver haired teen.

"Is it really that obvious something’s on my mind?" She looks away and rubs the back of her neck and shrugs. "It’s nothing big, just a stupid dream you know? So don’t worry about it alright kid?" She forces a grin and ruffles the boys hair.

Snow has never been very open to talking about her problems.

Do they prefer sour or sweet treats?

Definitely sweet treats, I don’t see her as having much of a tolerance for sour stuff.

Are they prone to nightmares or dreamless sleep?

She had a few nightmares after the L’cie incident but in general she’s more prone to weird dreams.

Something that/Someone who makes them happy.

Well depending on the verse Tormoned or Stephen. Being called a hero will always put a smile on her face too.

Do they have an idol or someone they look up to?

Storybook heroes mostly.

He doesn’t know why but this note makes him grin stupidly and he feels like he has just received the greatest compliment in the world.

Heroes are brilliant, they go on grand adventures, fight monsters and they save people.

Everyone loves a hero.

He would very much like to be one, he thinks and nods to himself.

He was going to try and be a hero, maybe that would help him remember a few things.

A sticky note on the fridge says: NORA

It’s a simple name, he knows who they are of course, they had been looking after him since his accident after all, but he doesn’t know who he is to them.

They’re a close, caring family together and he was just sort of there, awkwardly hanging around their place while trying to make himself useful, sure they talked to him and told him about a few small things of his life but it felt like thy didn’t know how to deal with him.

It hurt.

But now, looking at this simple little name on a tiny little note, something clicks into place and he turns to Gadot and Lebreau, who had been chatting to each other behind him.

"The army’s no match for NORA right?"

They look shocked.

He smiles.

Her name is Serah. She's very important to you, so don't shun her.

"Serah.." He says the name slowly testing it out before smiling, just the name bought him a sense of love and warmth and he finds himself desperately wanting to remember her.

What was her smile like? Did he make her laugh? How was she important to him? Was she family? A close friend?

He eventually finds himself keeping the note with him at all times as he tries to get his scattered memories to come back to him until, one morning he wakes up with a wide grin and gives the team the slip.

Later they find him happily talking to Serah, leaving them alone as the couple share a gentle kiss.
