Ferry capsizes in Bangladesh

A river ferry carrying up to 140 passengers capsized in central Bangladesh on Sunday after being hit by a cargo vessel, killing at least 48 people, officials said. A rescue operation was underway, but it was not clear how many people were missing.

The ferry was struck by the cargo vessel at the Daulatdia-Paturia crossing on the Padma River on Sunday afternoon, said fire department official Shahzadi Begum. Rescue teams were deployed and passing boats were helping in the operation, she said. (AP)

The Queen

I think I have some obscene fascination with The Queen. I don’t believe in monarchs or royalty and find her as the symbol of colonialism but for some bloodly reason her life and following is just disgustingly compelling. Maybe because I was born a Shahzadi. One of four. Born into this life, who knows what I’m destined for.

i think some have left Shahzadi behind because she's changed. 

well. what the fuck am i suppose to do about (unfortunately) growing up.

what? you can't stand next to your politics and defend your actions? that ain't my problem, that's a decision you made. we can converse joyfully and genuinely, but no point trying to hide your reality, that's slightly silly. i live a different life now and by no means ever will devalue yours because we all grow up in different time, spaces and circumstances.

did i just make sentences in the third person?hell yea i did and i'll do it again. Shahzadi is doing it again like a damn baus and doesn't give a shit about what you think.
