100 Followers!
After a full day of writing essays for my comprehensive exam (and you better believe one talked about Shakespeare) and a full night of celebratory rum and cokes, I come back to see the blog has reached 100 followers!
Thank you all, fellow Shakespreans, and I look forward to writing more myself in the coming months and posting more of the excellent (and often hilarious) work of tumblr!
Next?
So I have so many things I'd like to look at, but since collaboration is key to tumblr, I was wondering what others are wondering about.
I want to look at fic, definitely expand out to other plays (suggestions?), talk more about Shakespeare the individual, and also how tumblr builds a community around Shakespeare (for instance, I'm participating in socialshakespeare's Twelfth Night readthrough this week). For other plays, I'm especially interested in Romeo and Juliet and perhaps the Henriad (and, of course, the Hollow Crown along with it).
What do you all think?
