Shalamayne split into two swords and made Varian split into two people

Anduin had Shalamayne

and is acting like a different person but might still have Shalamayne and it might just be reforged to look all fucky and blue

so now i’m wondering y’know a) if this is still Shalamayne and b) if it is if it still has the whole split function and c) if it is Shalamayne and if it does still have the whole split function if this means we’re going to get some weird split Anduin situation

So i LOVE Anduin, one of my favorite characters, but i think it is so WEAK that Blizz made the choice to have him look like a paladin? and fight like a paladin? when a priest would’ve been SO MUCH COOLER? I mean come on, king of the alliance is a healer??? Instead of wearing plate armor and fighting with a sword and a shield? I just think that shit is boring sorry if you like pally anduin but anyways. I drew him looking more priesty.

So I was fortunate enough to purchase a house at the start of this year (about a month before the world went to shit, stellar timing on my behalf), and about 80% of the reason I did was so that I could achieve my lifelong dream of having an honest to goodness wall of swords.

Fel energy consumes souls, it destroys them. I think this is almost 100% confirmed in canon, though I’m unsure as to how a living being would be able to “confirm” this in universe. But you know what else is confirmed in canon? That souls can be split, and that they can inhabit weapons. And you know who has had his soul split in two before, while it being tied to his own sword? Varian Wrynn. Look at the scene where that POS Gul’dan kills Varian, with tissues obviously. He struggles, he looks worried for a second there. It costs him more than he thought.

And what does Anduin see when he first picks half of Shalamayne?

Anyway, the idea of souls being destroyed never sat well with me, so a girl can dream.
