“Death’s a funny thing..”
“It’s that one big, inevitable concept we don’t really understand.” The Joker squinted thoughtfully at the man. He couldn’t help but think of his last victim. But that seemed too rough of a term, victim. Playmate? No. Audience? Involuntary volunteer? That was getting closer.
“Nooow, tell me --” In one jerky movement he shook a couple stray locks of hair from his face, a few too many teeth bared as he spoke. “Are you afraid of dying?”
