Intern is genderfluid and honestly probably enjoys messing around with the anomalies, being an anomaly themselves they tend to get messy. (Sadist; only to anomalies…kinda a hypocrite with good intentions?) good listener and is open to suggestions, but probably absentminded sometimes
For me, Nurse is she/they, (personally I see her as mtf trans and sapphic but you do you) really sweet, pretty hesitant about killing anomalies because she’s very open (believes everybody should get a second chance type) trusts anybody…might get her in trouble.
Secretary is he/him, he’s so tired of his job, he might get snappy if you or someone rubs him the wrong way. He will hyperfixate on things he’s a big fan of (nerd /j) doesn’t like overdoing things, just gets the bare minimum done
Paramedic is they/them, quick on their feet, was probably a good PE/athlete student. Always never on a break, and works well with deadlines and time crunches. Can be pushy, with good intentions
Doctor and paramedic are half-siblings (same mother). But doctor goes by he/him. Really secretive but pulls off lies really easily. Dare I say he guiltrips well but can have a good side. He just doesn’t want to feel powerless and helpless. (possible development for future angst)
Head nurse is she/her and a smoker, she doesn’t like entertaining nonsense and is pretty straightforward, does show genuine care for her patients and co-workers, will absolutely put down an anomaly or two for the family (the members of the hospital) if I had to describe her with another character, it’s probably medkit from phighting
Security is she/him (bigender), biggest obsession with the taser, you cannot tear him away from it. She’s a teaser, but can and will lock in if the time calls for it. He has vitiligo
Secret agent is he/him and doesn’t enjoy putting up with nonsense, kind of like head nurse and is a great listener. Usually uses gestures and an animal of very few words. His eyes are very sensitive to light, so the hospital lights are usually dimmer than the average hospital lights
I headcannon that intern is secretly an anomaly, and that all variants of intern (eg: diff colors) are all relatives. The closest animal I see them as is a hare
For Nurse, a lot of people somehow(?) see her as a rabbit but I see her as a dog, a poodle specifically.
Then, Head nurse is an albino cat, with farsightedness.
Security is a British shorthair, he seems like the type of guy to sleep with plushies.
I don’t have any headcannons for Secret Agent at the moment
Barney is a hare, and possibly has some jealously for not being a rabbit.
