I feel this. I did a load the other day and had to keep mumbling to myself "yeah you're doing it! good job! so easy!" the whole time.

if i didnt have to go outside, i could do it i think, even being so down today. being at the laundromat on a good day is stressful for me.

hi sunshine, i don't know anything really about your specific issue, but generally any negative reaction to medication is bad. i would call your doctor asap and try to get an appointment or get a script for your old meds to tide you over until you can see them in person. if you have an emergency number for off-hours don't hesitate to call the doctor/office/what-have-you. they won't mind and would surely rather have you call than not call. good luck! i hope everything works out!

Thank you so much, this is really kind :) I called the place where I see my psychiatrist and talked to another support worker there, because unfortunately my psychiatrist/counsellor is on holiday at the moment :( I had thought about calling, but decided to put it off until Monday. Your lovely message spurred me to take action, and I'm glad I did.

Ahhh there are so many wonderful people I've met on tumblr, if only I could meet you all in real life. EVERYONE COME LIVE IN NEW ZEALAND, OKAY? OKAY.
