I don’t brag about Collin enough. He is a fantastic kid. This is all him too. This week's meal prep

Had a great week running 2x and making it to the gym 5x this week. Added electrolytes to my water and felt a lot less tired than I had over break. Trying to stay hyped for a solo 8 mile run tomorrow on the rain. Impressed one of my students that I could keep up in a jumping get this week and someone I rarely see at the gym stopped me to tell me how great I looked.

Made some decisions based on what's in the fridge and freezer and here's what I'm making for this week.

Breakfast- usually double the recipe for the week.
