pet peeve is the idea that shane is, like, obsessed with ginger ale. he likes it fine! it's something he can drink other than water that is acceptable to people around him. it's his safe drink and he likes that it's kind of spicy but he's not like obsessed. it's not that he adores ginger ale it's that he hates thinking about what to drink.
