Can you see the magic? Okay before we get to that some serious business... How do you cope with stress? // . <✨read to the end & then you’ll see magic if you haven’t already✨> . It’s been a rough few weeks for me and I would be lying if I said I didn’t at (many) times feel overwhelmed, terrified, insanely tired and borderline cookoo 🤪 but now that I’m coming through the other side I’m reflecting on the process. . Something that I honestly feel has helped my stress and anxiety and grounded me in this frantic time are essential oils. As I shared with you guys, I was sent a beautiful set of oils and a dewdrop diffuser from @hello.essentials.south.africa and I’ve used them DAILY. Lavender and Cedarwood have steamed through my diffuser on repeat and calmed me almost immediately. Did you know you can ingest some essential oils too?! I have seen so much goodness from oils, and I’m only just peeking inside this wonderfully exciting and beautifully-scented world of wonder! I’ll have to write you a blog post on the many ways I’ve incorporated these tiny jars of magic into our lives! Juzzy thought I was crazy at first and now waits for his bedtime “Sleep” spritz with expectation & appreciation 🤗 . I love that these oils come with a “seed to seal” promise, which means every seed is chosen, planted, harvested, processed and bottled & sealed by @helloessentials , so they know without doubt that it is 100% pure, and zero gmos and nasties are involved in the process.
