Slightly longer answer: People look at me and see a white/white passing person and think “What reason would their ancestors have had to go to Africa if not to Save The Heathens TM??” And then when I tell them I’m Jewish, they don’t understand why they wouldn’t have been missionaries.

They really, really are. Chemo is so stressful for everyone involved and my mom’s chemo nurses were so patient and kind and understanding even when we weren’t. SAINTS.

And oh...of COURSE, love.

I always end an episode just giddy from laughing so hard. Not many can. (Derry Girls and Letterkenny are other 2, huh, they're all Canadian...)

I will never forget the hysteria I felt after the fruit wine episode. I often go back and rewind her lines just to hear them again. The whole show is good but Catherine O’Hara is funnier than everyone else on that show combined and that is saying something.

Yes, I always wondered what it was about, after that one audio play I had as a kid, of which i remember only that it was tragic and scary and dramatic and I didn’t understand what was happening. I read the wiki on the book and it seems so cool with the rabbit mythology and everything

Thanks!! This is probably my favorite apartment I’ve lived in thus far. It’s in a beautiful building in what’s probably my favorite neighborhood in Brooklyn. And I did a MAJOR purge of stuff so I’m feeling a lot lighter.
