SMPH has decided to delay its 2014 Chinese stock exchange listing plans, with President Hans Sy stating that he did not believe SMPH was "ready". SMPH operates 5 malls in China, only half of their targeted 2014 presence in the region.

Chinese operations account for 10% of SMPH rental revenues.

SMDC Vice Chair Henry Sy Jr. bared plans for a P19.1 billion investment in residential projects in Xiamen and Jinjiang. SMPH will invest over $3.4 billion in the next two years as part of an aggressive expansion project.

St. Augustine Gold and Copper Ltd. is considering cross listing on the PSE after it finalizes its local partnerships for the King King gold mine in Compostela. The structure of ownership between St. Augustine and Nadecor will be 60-40.

Restructuring will allow Nadecor shareholders to own 39.96% of St. Augustine, 325 million shares @ $0.10 per share.

Villar-led Queensberry Mining and Dev't Corp, 18% owner of St. Augustine supports the restructuring.

AUB has formalized its intent to list on the PSE. The Banking is seeking approval of SEC to register 342.857 million shares. AUB seeks to offer 102.857 shares @ P110, raising as much as P11.314 in fresh capital. AUB will use P5.5 billion for expansion and general corporate purposes.

AUB is tapping UBS HK and CSUISSE Singapore.

Alfredo M Yao is considering bringing the Zest-O brand beverage to list on the PSE. Yao's plans to bring RC Cola and Zest-O public are in the works. Asiawide Refreshments Corp, manufacturer and distributor of RC Cola will offer 30% of its business raising more than what PBB did during its IPO.

Yao is eying expansion into Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. Zest-O has just opened a Cagayan plant along with future plans for Pangasinan and Panay Island plants. Yao currently has 14 plants. Chairman of PBB Yao also owns 80% of ARC.
