Melco Crown (Philippines) Resorts Corp. on Monday drops 9.1% on reports it is offering 981.2 million shares at P11 to P14 per share.
Melco ended at P15, down P1.50 from Friday’s close.
Bloomberg reported that Melco Crown was meeting with investors in Manila and Singapore this week, and in New York and London next week as part of the international roadshow to drum up interest on a planned $333-million equity offering.

Phoenix Petrol Hldgs will make full payment of the subscription balance for 130 million PNX shares previously subscribed in relation to a previous capital stock increase on Apr 2012 for P1.222 billion.
