felt like doing some study sketches again, today feat.: dad belial & dien (& big bro geed)

Okay where is rayblood in the shared genes au I felt like he should have been somewhat important. Also where did all of belial’s dark energy go it had to have went somewhere . Ps I love your au but what made you decide to go for implied belial x juggler I need to know where you got the idea I really thinks it’s kind of cute.

1) Rayblood got exorcised at the end of Geed. Since I know little to nothing of Mega Monster Battle, he's either very dead now or idk, harassing the Space Fed-Ex people again, whatever. (No I don't know why my brain decided the MMB crew is Space Fed-Ex and no I refuse to correct it.) The fact that Belial accepted corruption, and his 'reset' mind having to come to terms with that, was more important to the emotional core of the story than the source of the corruption itself. (Maybe someday MMB will have actually good subs and I'll watch it and come back to Rayblood, but for now, shrug!)

2. tbh the universe is full of random dark energy it's not gonna notice a little bit more :V Anyway, do remember that in the AU, Belial's body is a clone; there was little actual dark energy left in it to begin with (most of that left the original body when Rayblood did). What remained was mostly just DNA corruption, which Belial's soul/light set about repairing as soon as it took residence.

3. Juggler being an insufferable flirt when he's in Full Bitterness Mode, combined with his tendency to just do whatever gets the biggest reaction, combined with a mental picture of human!Belial as being "fairly hot, in an extremely exhausted dad kind of way", all leading to "well of course Juggler's going to try flirting". Belial's not very into it, though. Or even all that aware as to what's happening. Ultras can be awfully dense, sometimes.

Anyway, things are getting pretty interesting in Hereditary Genes this chapter, if I do say so myself. And now time to go about my day, hm hm hm~

and now for the long wait until the final chapters for the final title card, lol (or you could just follow me on twitter to be notified of every chapter release as it happens i mean it’s an option)

honestly i’m not gonna say this is my MOST FAVORITE title card I’ve done for this silly little fanfic, but it’s pretty well up there

(my most favorite is one nobody has seen yet, and one that EVERY friend I’ve shown it to has yelled at me for. But!! the stark contrast of it!! it’s so good!! c’mon guys ignore the subject and appreciate the DESIGN)

anyway zero’s finally showing up in chapter 14, everyone’s been yelling to see him since like chapter ONE so i’m EXCITED y’all
