A song I have always linked to Mariko, sung by @alejandrosaabva (Shallot’s VA, check out his group, they do pretty cool songs!). 

This makes me all emotional, sigh! I love how the lyrics fit their story and relationship (the one I worked on with @shallxt at least), how they sound like words Shallot would truly tell/think about her. It’s perfect!

Inspired by my mermay thread with @shallxt​. Tbh I like to have Shallot as the merman I mean, Sharkiyan, and Mariko as the human .w.

I love how modern food is such a novelty to Shallot and how quickly he takes a liking on it. @shallxt is great at portraying it in our threads, so I imagined Mariko probably learnt a few tricks about it. Shallot is a bit like a stray cat, after all.
