Activating his Sharingan is as simple as breathing, it’s a natural part of his body. The eyes take in everything he sees and his brain processes it and stores the information in short order. The action forces Itachi to angle his body toward Iruka. He stares directly at Iruka while keeping the other group in his peripheral sight. Kakashi’s only reaction to Iruka revealing his Sharingan is a sharp inhale. Iruka will have to apologize later for keeping this kind of secret from his boyfriend.
