Happy day with fresh homemade yogurt and summer fruits! I make yogurt regularly now that I have directions by @jennieschacht The only equipment needed is a quick read thermometer, and could probably do without that following Jennie’s clear instructions. I incubate the yogurt in my oven with the light on, no heat.
