He perks up at the other’s words, getting free food is always a joy. However, he’s had mackerel quite a lot whenever he spends time with the dolphin. the proposition of free food easily surpasses the little fact, so he quickly shakes his head at Haru’s offer.

Well, if he lingers at the male's house for a while, it's mainly mackerel and white rice he'll be eating. Maybe some miso soup as well, if he's lucky. "I'll cook some for you too, then." Haru tells the little shark, turning to head to the kitchen to get started.

Slipping on his apron though, he gets to thinking. Just regarding the chibi's body size, he couldn't possibly eat a full fillet on his own, could he? And making a tiny piece for him would throw off cooking time... Does he even need it cooked? Could Rin eat it raw? So many questions.

Haruka shakes his head, clearing it some. Unsure if the little guy could answer them, he makes the ultimate decision to simply share a small corner of his own piece of fish once the cooking is done.
