I'm sorry about the plumbing! that just stinks... that happened to me a couple of summers ago. right when we had out of town guests coming in! when you get to it you do!

Glad you like! It's probably(?) going to end up at around 6 chapters. It was originally going to be 5, and then part 4 had to be split because it got too long.
