So, apparently, I doodled again…

For my defense, I watched the final 5 episodes of The Closer tonight, and I’m quite emotional about it.

Watching Brenda leave was very sad, and as much as I liked her final scene, I’m slightly gutted she didn’t get a closure scene with Raydor.

After the way their relationship had evolved throughout series 7, it would have been nice, methinks.

As excited as I am about getting into Major Crimes, I can’t believe Kyra/Brenda is gone for good and that I’ll never get to see my ship interact again.

So there you go! This is supposed to be set up right at the end of ‘Necessary Evil’ -the outfits aren’t accurate, I know.

I always wondered how Brenda would have reacted if Sharon had been serious about leaving; maybe she’d have come to realise how much she really needed her Captain around.

(‘Cus come on, that speech she gave Sharon to convince her to stay was the single most adorable thing ever.)

((Also yes, my sketchbook has a Shakespeare watermark on ever page. Deal with it.))
