1. Out of the countries/cities you’ve ever visited, which was your favorite and why? Beijing, because it feels like home. There's a high risk of getting hit by a car, but the city is very refreshing (not in terms of its air quality). The people also go about business in a no-nonsense kind of way.
2. Best memory from your grade school days. Spending time on the lake - swimming with my friend, fishing, barbequing...
3. Are you still friends with the first friend you can remember making? Nose :o/ I don't even know where she lives anymore.
4. Do you ever listen to classical music? If so, what’s your favorite piece and/or composer? Classical music is boss - I prefer Beethoven over Mozart, if you catch my drift ...heh heh (I really do, though). But Chopin is my favorite.
5. First fandom you joined? HP
6. What’s something you don’t know how to do but wish you knew how to do? Specifically, something that becomes more difficult to learn the older you get (like ballet or language), something that you wish you’d gotten into when you were younger. I wish my piano teacher could have started instructing whilst I was in the womb.
7. Favorite Book/Series? Stephen Ambrose's Band of Brothers yo. I'm still dying to get a chance to read the books by Babe and Guarnere, and the legendary D.K. Webster. Also Howard Spodek's The World's History.
...I kid, I kid about the latter.
8. First childhood memory? I was apparently around a year old when I broke my toy reindeer's nose off. I was sadder than Doc without a pair of scissors.
9. What is the most illegal thing you’ve ever done? Download a pdf of Things Fall Apart, because I live life on the edge.
10. Describe yourself in one word. nose
11. What’s the last thing you were thankful for? I'm always thankful that I live in the land of opportunity. ;o)
12 (bonus!). If you spent one day with anyone, who would it be and why? Anyone? Albert Einstein - the man who didn't need to be a revolutionary to start a revolution. Also, he's kind of Einstein.
