“Kanade-san…”

Hibiki didn’t know how to react at first. To say she was proud of her, being a true wielder of Gungnir? It took her a while to wonder if she was worthy of wearing it compared to Maria and of course, Kanade herself. Sure, she accepted the fact she couldn’t use an armed gear to a point that she didn’t want one. But would she still be considered worthy in her eyes.

Kanade was the one that started this after all. So to hear this from her meant a lot. With a grin, Hibiki chuckled.

“Thank you! I won’t let you down, or myself either!”

(What drew me to your blog? I'd watched all of or at least most of GX at the time and knew I wanted to RP Kanade, though I didn't know if there's be any other SG RPers out there. Fortunately I saw you link this precious baby chick from your Melfina blog[speaking of I need to get back to Aisha o.o]and followed right away once I made Kanade! I've been hooked ever since- you capture Hibiki's unending optimism and bouts of awkwardness perfectly. -chef's kiss @ u- Keep being wonderful. ^^)

(Yessss! Since you’re my fellow Outlaw Star buddy! ♥ I haven’t been on Melfina in forever either and I miss her too. We both need to get back on them, eh? I’m soooo glad that you made Kanade too! She’s such an integral part of the story, no matter if she’s alive or not. So seeing you write her is always fun and I love your portrayal of her. ^^

Thank you so much for enjoying her and my writing as her. All I can do is keep trying. You keep being wonderful too. It’s always a pleasure to see you on the dash too!)

A bit late but Kanade would so wake up Tsubasa on her birthday(May 25)by burying her face between her legs. :>

“K-K-Kanade?!” Tsubasa’s face turned so red, it could be mistaken as a chili pepper. “P-please get your face out...!”

"Man, so many people that don't have any faith in us! Sure, that lizard's powerful, but since when has an enemy's overwhelming power stopped us before? Whether you can talk those things down or we have to beat the hell out of them, we're coming out on top!"

“Ah, you’re right, Kanade-san!” 

Hibiki grinned, holding her fist out in confidence.

“Let’s do our best, and no giving up!”

"Happy birthday, Hibiki!" A strong, one-armed hug is thrown around the younger Gear user's shoulder, the one giving it flashing her a bright, wide grin while holding up a box wrapped in red and gold paper. "May not get much use from you until winter, but it kinda reminded me of your Symphogear so I thought you'd like it!" Inside the box was a cream-colored scarf, a striking golden trim adorning the edges.

It couldn’t have been anyone but Kanade with that gesture. Something about her presence gave Hibiki butterflies, but in a good way. Still felt unbelievable that she could talk to her, and now she was giving her a gift?

Excitement showing on her features, Hibiki looked over at the box, not yet grabbing it to look inside. “Thanks so much, Kanade-san!” Hibiki immediately gave the woman a hug.

“It’s starting to get colder, actually. I bet I could even wear it right now! I promise I won’t melt in it, heh!”

Eventually finding out that it was a scarf made her even more eager to try it on. The teenager smirked, her fingers grazing against the cloth now that it was around her neck. 

“I’ll be looking just as cool in the winter now!”
