I out shattered in this situation just bc of sol's powers and all
Shattered getting severely injured where he'd need medical attention immediately. He's bleeding out but no one and nothing is there. They can't do anything.
*maybe it's even in a forest or someplace unreachable if it's an ambush because they wanted him gone
Maybe he can't even die in sol's arms because he's back at the palace
The corpse is brought to Sol, cold and absolutely lifeless, "there's nothing to be done anymore", but he isn't done with him yet
Sol isn't done with him yet.
*he's definitely clutching Shattered before putting on his facade again, probably bridal carrying him instead, smth like "I would like to be left alone now!" And once everyone is gone he tenderly places him into his bed, all gentle and careful
*(the wound isn't bleeding anymore, there's no circulation, if doesn't matter)
And so he just. Revives him.
*(something to do with positivity. Or maybe it's just sol's own freakish blood that can just... do that.)
Yes he has to immediately bring him to doctors bc of the. Open wound that's still left untreated (he didn't think of anything else he just needed to get him back)
*(I imagined something like Sol trying to patch him back up on his own but he can't manage it Fully due to his blindness so he eventually allows someone else to do it instead)
But like. He's alive again that's what matters
*his clothes and shade's both are definitely soaked a bit. water and blood alike. Sol doesn't wash it anymore
And shade is like "wtf happened. How am I here." while Sol is like "don't you even worry darling. Now do you want roses or tulips?"
