I still like Martin Freeman but I really think he needs either (a) to be seriously called out on his shit (b) punched in the face or both.He's a great actor and to me he doesn't seem like a generally bad person but he does say some really shit things and everybody just kinda brushes it off. I'm surprised his publicist has never been like"yo you just said something shitty you need to fucking stop". Idk I'm conflicted because I still like Martin even though I am aware that he can be a major dick.

Yeah, I completely understand. It's difficult because he's a good actor and I have so much love for his roles (particularly John, Hector, and Bilbo), but I can not and will not ignore the very offensive remarks he's made. Hopefully someone will sit him down and do option A and give him a nice talk. Or maybe he will have a self-realization and stop. Either way, sooner would be better.
