It was my daughters birthday yesterday (BIG 3!!). So I was MIA!! Sorry😬 we made vegan muffins and banana ice cream plus had a veggie and fruit tray! It was FUN! She got loads from family and she is blessed😄 so I took yesterday off focused on my family! I did put in work today and it felt good!! My Epic BIG ( Montel Williams) blender broke this weekend😮 so I had to use a tiny one😕 it was different but did the job! Hope you all had a great weekend! Yay! Feeling great today! Love working out in the morning. I eat oatmeal with fruit and walnuts wait 30 min and workout! I also ✨LOVE✨ these vibrams! I very rarely wear other workout shoes. 👟 I love the way these make me feel... I can do certain workouts with very good form with these shoes.
