Look up bluebellowl for post pla Ingo versus Emmet muscular structure/anatomy. It shows the difference between Ingo's body and Emmet's.

It's not an exact match to how your post pla submas are but it does a good job of showing how Ingo physically changed to survive in Hisui.

With your submas I believe Emmet has some muscle and fat while Ingo has more lean muscle but is also malnourished so not a lot of fat. Emmet is a twig and Ingo is a twunk (between twink and hunk).
