he really is, he has the biggest heart. Seeing him cry in front of me was so emotional. My favorite human being, my hero, crying, it was just crazy. I was feeling so many things all at once and I’m just so grateful I got to see him :)

so what made justin cry? I've seen so many people saying different things

there’s been a load of bullshit all over my dash lmao some people are saying he cried because of the Paris attacks which isn’t true. He said a prayer at the beginning of the show, but that’s not what made him cry. At the very end of his set, he sang I’ll Show You and that’s the first time he’s performed it live, and obviously lyrically I’ll Show You is all about people making him out to be perfect and not understanding he’s human and has feelings, and he’s trying so hard to be the best he can be, etc. so it was super emotional for him. He didn’t explain his tears, but I’m 99% sure it was very similar to his feelings at the VMAs. He was just so overwhelmed and relieved that people were supporting him, not hating him. He realized we’re all still here and we all still love him and believe in him, through it all, and all the overwhelming feelings of acceptance and being loved, when he’s used to being hated, made him cry. That was my impression, watching it live. People who weren’t there have been misquoting him and making stuff up but basically he just thanked us all so much for staying by his side and supporting his music and not giving up on him, and then he walked off because it was the end of the show. It’s just really sad that the world put him down so much that he believes he isn’t good enough and is unsure of his fans’ love, but I think the fact that he sold out 3 Staples Center shows in under a week says a lot. He’s clearly been super nervous about how he’ll be received in this new era, because his image has been negative for a while. Everyone was showing complete love and it just hit him hard.
