The Queen of Shaymin doth decree, all Shaymin are valid, no matter who they be. Mean or kind, hero or villain, a Shaymin is a Shaymin and should be accepted.
So stop policing how people make their characters.
In 2020, a bunch of my buds drew Shaymin-sonas and I promised to draw them, so to end off my Year of Shaymin Challenge in 2021, I made good on that promise and drew them all!

One Shaymin couldn't be counted for points because the person deleted their entire Art Fight page, but between the two halves this is worth 11504 points total. It's not an exaggeration to say I worked on this nearly every day in July, with many nights running until 3 or 4 AM, and a fair number of these having been done in Procreate.
Needless to say, I'm very proud of how this turned out, but I will never be doing this again, haha.
I got the FNAF brainworms and made a couple of Shaymin inspired FNAF OCs! Look under the cut for all their lore and stuff.
Shayne Hedgehog and Mindy Reindeer are the main mascots that staff a new forest-themed area of the Pizzaplex known as Shayne and Mindy's Forest Adventure. This area serves as an indoor ropes course, with Mindy's main job being to supervise and entertain on the levels closer to the ceiling where older children and adults potentially will be playing, while Shayne's main job is to supervise and entertain on the levels closer to the ground where younger children will be playing.
Shayne is capable of doing backflips (like those old somersault dogs from the early 2000s) and rolling around in a ball as a means of entertainment and quick travel. In safe mode, he can't roll around exceptionally fast, in order to protect the children, but in security mode those safety limitations are removed, enabling it to zoom around in straight lines very quickly. However, the faster they go, the harder it is to turn, meaning that Shayne is more likely to crash if he's going too fast.
Shayne's also programmed to release pleasant scents from the flowers on his back in order to calm children down. Typically, he uses scents like lavender and peppermint, but on occasion he's been programmed to release the smell of warm pizza (using the Monty's Mystery Mix Syrup) and other... less than nature scents. This has caused him to be afraid of Glamrock Chica, as the bird will often pursue him if he's secreting this scent. As a result, in order to prevent this, the staff have programmed Glamrock Chica such that she is unable to enter the Forest Adventure area.
Mindy is capable of flight in some capacities. While in the Forest Adventure area, she can use the loop on her back to perform wire stunts. This enables them to soar around the ropes course and Forest Adventure area without hindrance. She can also hook and unhook from the wires as she pleases, albeit she's programmed to do so when she's safe on the ground and not in mid-air. Additionally, as a small parlour trick, Mindy is also able to use its head wings to "fly" somewhat. By leaping into the air and flapping its head wings very hard, they are able to stay in the air for a couple of seconds. This is a trick mainly meant to entertain small children.
Mindy is also programmed to carry around a basket and give out treats, tickets, flowers, prizes, etc. to various guests of the Pizzaplex. Using her facial recognition scanners, Mindy can detect the age of the guest based on their Pizzaplex profile and use that to determine what item they should receive from its basket.
