Thinking about Lossless again. Imagine spending years using magic to try and bring your friend back from the dead, something no one had even believed was possible before, only for your friend to not consciously recognize you once she had been revived, and for her to act very different from how you remember her. Had it been so long since you'd known her that your memories had faded, warped? Did you ever even truly know her at all? Will she ever even truly know you again? Or have you both changed too much?
