Both Sato and Hikari are an only child! Sato doesn't really know, but he miiiight have a younger half-sibling right now

Miss Me is the eldest and has 3 younger siblings! She's the breadwinner and even before she became a hero, she's been in charge of providing for her family since her villain days.
