I do think part of the reason Horde Prime has technological elements is due to being based on his original technological counterpart why is the question on what he actually is.
I do wonder if this guy ever took a vacation like the original one he was looking forward for 500 years.
The fact his body count is infinite since we have no idea how long Horde Prime has been causing genocides.
Still wild Horde Prime pretty much fed dying species (extinct) to his allies…
What became of Hordak’s remaining forces?
The fact The Horde’s group is much larger in-universe than the small part fighting Etheria makes a lot more since with their whole resource management.
Honestly, realized the Horde are indeed pretty powerful all things considered.
