'I'm so tired of people I know dying. ...So you better not die. If you die, I'm gonna beat you up.'
...I don't talk enough about how much I love Eugénie, because I do, I love her—
Pretty!
I... I think I need to marry Cecelia.
My mother today morning, after I told her about a stressful dream I had in which she was demanding I move to a different country to get a better salary (I was joking about it being a different universe): "In any alternate dimension, I'll always be nice to you. I might be mean to everyone else, but not to you. There's no dimension where I don't want you to be happy and have fun."
i got told my sweater was like a taylor swift sweater which id hate hearing from anyone other than the person that said that
I was talking to the gf abt everything that happened today and I was reluctant bc idk trauma? and she was so nice and open and loving about it all. abt asking what happened and listening and straight up staying "that was wrong, I'm glad you spoke out but you need to rest". perhaps these are things I tell myself and my friends do too but to have my s.o saying it lovingly is so sweet. mroe so because it's a bitter topic and I hate to talk abt bad things w ppl who aren't responsible for them (and perhaps that's why some of my relationships fail, not knowing how to ask for help or support). but she smjsut said "we'll share the burden". not seeking to take it away minimize it or not acknowledge it, just saying we can do this together
An older lady really liked my service so she reached into her wallet, pulled out a $2 bill, and told me, "Here you go, it's fresh. I just made it," while smiling endearingly.
I would certainly live for her.
