Sheemaker's Bounty from Untamed Sandwiches thanks to MealPal. I'm a bit angry that I accidentally deleted the before and after pics, but the sandwich looks like the pic I enlarged and put on the bottom right. For a veggie sandwich, it was really good. 4 out of 5!
