About the Robotic Shell Building System
Our robotic shell fabrication system integrates state-of-the-art automation with smart process control. The whole operation is contained in a sealed, temperature- and humidity-controlled chamber, maintaining consistent shell quality regardless of the conditions.
The 6-axis robot, with a maximum payload of 200 kg, moves shells with accuracy and high speed. The system can accommodate up to 7–8 coats including the seal coat, with 4 shells per hanger on average (max 6 depending on size).
All stages — from slurry mixing to sand raining and drying — are woven together seamlessly, minimizing manual handling and maximizing efficiency.
