It’s that time of year again everyone. Another year has gone by and once again I had the opportunity to learn many things in and outside of school.
One of those things is that if you are in a class and you are having trouble understanding the work, talk to your professor and classmates. It will make your life easier than trying to struggle through on your own.
Also if you are working on a project by yourself, plan to cut a large portion out of the final presentation. However, what you do keep will need to be molded in such a way that it makes sense. (For me it was a film project I did last semester.)
Aside from learning new things, I also fell in love with new things.
1. Tea. Why didn’t anyone tell me how awesome tea was, I feel so calm when I have a cup. Currently I’ve fallen in love with the Apple and Cinnamon flavor from Hestia Tea.
2. Drawing. Last fall I rekindled my love for drawing. I bought myself a sketchbook and went to town. If you would like to see my sketches you can check out my deviatart.
3. Making videos. I don’t really mention videos or films here, but as someone that makes creative works, I’ve realized that I’m going to make stuff that is not going to please everyone. So instead of trying to please everyone, I will mill make work that pleases myself. Not all of my projects will come out 100% Fantastic, but I will put my all into each and everyone of them.
