i'll help or try to at least! when i lost my great grandma (idk i still really miss her) 6 years ago it felt as if all the wind had been knocked out of me. like i couldn't understand what was going on and it felt like i wasn't there, i was just in someone else's body you know? once it hit me i was a wreck and you just can't stop the twisting pain in your stomach and wow that sounds so depressing omfg i hope that helps wow
