Honest answer: no, mainly because I’m a jealous, possessive bitch in my fictional romances and I hate feeling like I (the MC) got in the way of a romance that would have happened if I had not been in the picture (cough, I hated Isabela and Fenris getting together in DA2 and was soooo jealous, cough!)! So no, no Shepherd romances with each other, though I’ll outline below some non-canon pairings I once considered in the novel series that ShoH is based on!
Wintry is/was a Shepherd who has unfortunately been cut as a main NPC in the game (she will probably crop up as a cameo character but will not play a big role). If you could persuade Halek to break his engagement with his betrothed fiancee, they would have ended up together in earlier versions of the game!
In very early versions of the game, Tallys had an unrequited sexual interest in Blade and admired him in a way that she mistook as a crush, and she and the MC could share a friendly rivalry if MC was also interested in Blade. However, at that point in time, Tallys was a COMPLETELY different character from how she is now (she was, like, peppy and cheerful and blunt back then lmao) and she backed off pretty fast once it was clear that Blade was oblivious to her interest. Nowadays, I don’t know how they would be as a couple, but their relationship is one of professional mutual respect, like good coworkers, lol. Trouble - Ayla
In the novel series that the game is based on, I’d planned for these two to end up together eventually and get married and have lots of kids, but we never really got to that point… and now that I know what I know now (and Ayla is more developed as a character), I realize they would be AWFUL as a couple together. They’re too similar in the worst ways, and I don’t think they could meet each other’s needs at all!
In the novel version, Shery was Riel’s secretary and hopelessly in love with him, and he was gay af. Now they’re both gay af and get along wonderfully as beautiful friends!

I honestly do not think any of the Shepherds are perfect fits for each other in particular. When you asked this question, I wondered if Chase and Lavinet would work, but I think they would have an intense sexual attraction that would fizzle out almost immediately once they realized 1) Lavinet is too high-maintenance and needy for Chase and 2) Chase is not interesting/dependable enough for Lavinet. They would be very good at courting each other initially (high-born lady with rogueish thief? And both have incredible social cunning and flirtatious skills? get it) but they’d be a trainwreck as a real couple, lol. Couples that I think could work for a while before breaking up (if the attraction was there, which in most cases it’s not): - Red and Riel- Shery and Tallys - Chase and LavinetThanks for the interesting question! :)
